Property Medics makes reporting repairs easy for both agents and Occupiers. You provide information from a picture-based fault tree system; this then provides us with a detailed report that enables us to select the best contractor for this job. No more lengthy, confusing phone calls.
Agents or Occupiers can report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using their PC, mobile, or tablet. With our website, they can easily report their issues or receive online guidance to solve problems themselves–saving time for everyone involved, our systems can also help with translation into English from over 40 languages.
It works very simple; the customer selects the correct tab, Estate Agent / Landlord / Occupier. Then clicks the report issue link, this then takes you through to our reporting software. Follow the correct picture providing as much detail as possible adding your own pictures and details, this then gets sent to our team to process.
Once we select the best contractors they will make contact and make provisions with you to quote for the works. All communication, quotes and invoices will be available on your secure account that is fully interactive
This is a typical job workflow through our system;
Agent /Landlord/ Occupier provides authority on secure portal for job to be done
Log job onto secure site via weblink with all detail and pictures
All details are assigned to contractors for quotation, with job sheet
Appointment made between contractor and occupiers
Quotes submitted through system for authority (Go Ahead)
Job booked in and completed by contractor
Contractor uploads final pictures and invoice to system
Job closed on system and payment within 30 days
System provides Audit trail for all jobs, communication and full works order process
